Women's Issues

The Women’s Co-ordinating Group of Churches Together in England (WCG) came to a close in 2011 after many years.  WCG consisted of representatives of the member churches of Church Together in England and over the years many issues were considered such as Domestic Violence, Women’s Mininstry, Women in the Media and Women in the structures of the Church.  
 
At the final meeting of this group Revd Celia Midgley, a former Co-moderator of the Group, reflected on the people, experiences and achievements of WCG over the years. You can read her full reflection below.

The Pauline Webb Fund

The Pauline Webb Ecumenical Fund was started in July 2000 by Dr Pauline Webb, a Methodist lay woman, broadcaster and well known supported of ecumenism.
