One Country Many Faiths - Christian Engagement With People of Other Faiths

Revd John Davis took a period of sabbatical leave to draw together resource material to allow members of Christian congregations in North Yorkshire gain a better understanding of the core values, beliefs and practises of other major world faiths and also reflect upon how Christian congregations might engage with them.

As a Christian council member of the Yorkshire and Humber Faiths Forum, John was able to draw on the expertise and insights from his fellow council members. The resource material and discussion sheets towards the end of the report should provide material for a study course for churches and other groups wishing to better acquaint themselves with these issues.
